Lolah is an excellent realtor to work with. She listed my house very quickly handling multiple showings at a time with ease. She respected our time frame to show the home leaving us family time in the process. She vetted each offer to help us pick the right buyer that would fit the home's worth. Once my house sold, even when I was ready to rent for a year she did not give up finding me a beautiful new build that completely fits my family's needs. She worked with the builder to make sure proper things were executed from my contract and fought to make sure I closed on time. I highly recommend her and if needed would use her again to buy and/or sell.
Lolah. Is. Awesome! That's the simplest way to put it, and I'd highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling. She was patient, knowledgeable, energetic, encouraging, thorough, professional, and about a hundred other great things. She was always available and always had, or knew where to get the answers! The poor dear must have put a 'million miles' on her car, but never once failed to be wherever she was most needed. She advocated on my behalf and offered guidance when needed. This girl is ace!
